OneFirewall retains the right to use this data for improving its services, enhancing security features, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of the cybersecurity solutions.

1.3 Reselling Prohibition:

Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement between OneFirewall and the client, you agree not to resell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit the data acquired through your subscription to our services.

2. Cybersecurity Protection:

2.1 Limited Accountability:

OneFirewall Alliance LTD provides cybersecurity services as a tool to enhance your organization's security posture. While our solutions are designed to mitigate risks and enhance protection, we do not guarantee complete immunity from cyber threats. OneFirewall is not accountable for the full cybersecurity protection of your organization.

2.2 Responsibility of the Client:

It is the responsibility of the client to implement recommended cybersecurity best practices, maintain the confidentiality of access credentials, and ensure the proper use of our services within their organization.

3. Confidentiality:

3.1 Data Security:

OneFirewall is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of the data collected. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction of your data.

3.2 Third-Party Integration:

In the event that third-party integrations are employed to enhance the functionality of our services, OneFirewall will take all reasonable measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data shared with such integrations.

4. Termination:

4.1 Termination by OneFirewall:

OneFirewall reserves the right to terminate your subscription and access to its services, with or without cause, at any time.

4.2 Termination by the Client:

Clients may terminate their subscription at any time. However, fees paid are non-refundable.

5. Miscellaneous:

5.1 Changes to Terms:

OneFirewall reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.

5.2 Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OneFirewall is located.
