End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 16 February 2025

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, or “Organization”) and OneFirewall Alliance LTD (“OneFirewall”, “Company”, “we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of OneFirewall products, services, platform, agents, software, APIs, and documentation (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing, installing, deploying, logging into, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. License Grant

Subject to this Agreement and any applicable subscription or evaluation terms, OneFirewall grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for lawful internal business purposes during the term. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. No Guarantee of Immunity

The Services are intended to support threat intelligence, detection, and enforcement to reduce risk. You understand and agree that use of the Services does not guarantee complete immunity from cyber incidents. Threats evolve and may not be detected or prevented in all cases. You remain responsible for your security program, configurations, decisions, and controls.

3. Customer Data, Ownership, and Voluntary Sharing

You retain ownership of data you provide, upload, configure, or generate within your environment (“Customer Data”), subject to any rights you grant to OneFirewall under this Agreement.

If you choose to share data with OneFirewall or any alliance mechanism, you do so voluntarily and represent that you have the legal authority to do so. User sharing data are in complete ownership of their intent and they do so by their own intention. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies relating to Customer Data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful activity or to facilitate attacks, intrusion, or exploitation of third parties.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code or underlying methods, except where prohibited by law.
  • Bypass access controls, share credentials, or use the Services beyond authorized limits.
  • Interfere with service integrity, security, or availability, including introducing malicious code into the Services.

5. Communications and Marketing

OneFirewall may use names and email addresses you provide for operational communications (e.g., service notices, account administration) and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for marketing purposes. OneFirewall Alliance may use emails and names for marketing purposes. Where required, you may opt out of marketing communications.

6. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Confidential information must be protected using reasonable care and used only to perform under this Agreement. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available through no fault of the receiving party, independently developed without reference to the confidential information, or lawfully obtained from a third party.

7. Intellectual Property

OneFirewall retains all right, title, and interest in the Services, including software, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, and threat intelligence outputs. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

8. Prohibition on Competitive Use and Reverse Engineering

You acknowledge that the Services — including the OneFirewall platform, WCF Agent, server infrastructure, distribution engine, threat intelligence pipeline, APIs, data schemas, scoring methodologies, user interfaces, and all associated software and documentation — constitute valuable proprietary technology and trade secrets of OneFirewall Alliance LTD.

You expressly agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, and will not permit any third party to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or reconstruct any component of the Services, including but not limited to the WCF Agent, server-side logic, API endpoints, threat scoring algorithms, or the intelligence distribution architecture, whether in whole or in part, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable mandatory law that cannot be contractually excluded.
  • Use the Services or any component, output, methodology, or knowledge derived therefrom to design, develop, build, market, licence, or operate any product or service that competes with, replicates, or is substantially similar to OneFirewall's products or services, including but not limited to: a threat intelligence aggregation or distribution platform, a crowd-sourced CTI alliance, an IPS or firewall synchronisation agent (equivalent to the WCF Agent), a threat intelligence server or API gateway, an alliance management dashboard or user interface, or any service that monetises alliance-contributed threat indicators.
  • Extract, scrape, copy, or systematically collect data, indicators, schemas, scoring values, or outputs from the Services for the purpose of training machine-learning models, populating third-party threat databases, or building derivative intelligence products.
  • Sublicense, white-label, re-sell, or otherwise commercialise the intelligence outputs, API responses, or any component of the Services without a separate written commercial agreement executed by OneFirewall Alliance LTD.

This prohibition applies during the term of this Agreement and for a period of five (5) years following its termination or expiry. A breach of this clause will cause irreparable harm to OneFirewall for which monetary damages may be an insufficient remedy. OneFirewall therefore reserves the right to seek immediate injunctive relief in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, without the requirement to post bond or other security.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party products or services. OneFirewall does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, functionality, or terms. Your use of third-party services is governed by the third party’s terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneFirewall will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business interruption, or loss of data, arising out of or related to the Services or this Agreement, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneFirewall’s total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the fees paid by you to OneFirewall for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or, if no fees were paid, a nominal amount), unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Suspension and Termination

OneFirewall may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach this Agreement, misuse the Services, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

13. Changes to the Agreement

OneFirewall may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an updated Agreement becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Superseding Written Agreements

If the Customer and OneFirewall Alliance LTD have entered into a separate written agreement governing the use of the Services, including but not limited to enterprise agreements, on-premise deployment agreements, white-label agreements, OEM agreements, reseller agreements, or any custom commercial contract, then the terms of that separate written agreement shall prevail and govern in the event of any conflict with this EULA.
In such cases, this EULA shall not apply to the extent that a valid and executed written agreement expressly governs the deployment, licensing, or use of the Services.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts located in England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
